Dr. Goharian was invited to talk at the fourth annual meeting of the University of California Water Security and Sustainability Research Initiative and the California Institute for Water Resources with the goal of Reimagining California Water. This meeting was held October 24-26, 2018, in Sacramento, CA. Dr. Goharian presented research and innovations on maximization of storage in the whole watershed using integrated management of surface and groundwater storage systems in California.
