Our RocTool Induction Heated Press is equipped with two matched 150kW RIDS Platens, measuring 30in. by 40in. which will take parts up to 800oF (427oC) at a maximum of 400tons of pressure! The heating rates of this system are intended to rival a comparable stamp-forming system with the improved quality of a compression molding process. The press has been updated to monitor for part temperature, pressure, and power consumption for complete control of process parameters, safety, and to ensure all the data from our parts are collected as requested by our clients.
