Brandon Riley, a May 2025 graduate of the University of South Carolina College of Engineering and Computing, is now a PreSales Solution Consultant at Siemens Digital Industries Software. In his role, Brandon helps customers across industries like aerospace, automotive, and medical devices use Siemens tools to solve complex challenges in digital transformation, bridging the gap between design and manufacturing and optimizing their products.
Reflecting on his time at USC, Brandon credits hands-on research projects and corporate partnerships for giving him experience with cutting-edge hardware and software tools, as well as valuable connections that led to his current role. When asked for his advice to current students, he said, “Take every chance you can to get involved in different research projects or any other opportunity that comes across your plate. You never know who you’ll meet through those experiences!”
