Our PlasmaTreat FG 5002S plasma treatment system is used to prepare and activate material surfaces prior to bonding, coating, or painting. The system operates at 2 kW with a working frequency of 15–25 kHz and uses compressed air as the feed gas, allowing for atmospheric plasma treatment without the need for a vacuum. With an output voltage of 1 kV and a jet rotation speed of 2600 rpm, the system delivers consistent and uniform surface treatment across a range of part geometries. This process improves surface energy and adhesion performance, supporting reliable and repeatable manufacturing results.
