Trent credits USC for helping him reach this point in his academic and professional journey. Through hands-on research opportunities, challenging coursework, and roles such as MCEC Ambassador and Teaching Assistant, he gained both the technical expertise and leadership skills to excel in his field.
He encourages current students to get involved and take advantage of every opportunity USC offers, whether through research, clubs, or hands-on projects. “Even if research isn’t for you,” Trent says, “there are plenty of ways to apply what you learn and gain valuable experience that will shape your future.”
