Kacey Miller
2nd year Biomedical Engineering PhD Student
BS, Mathematics
Kacey Miller is entering her second year as a biomedical engineering Ph.D. student advised by Dr. Boltin. In the spring of 2024, she graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in business administration from North Greenville University in Tigerville, South Carolina. Instead of continuing with the pre-engineering program at NGU, she decided to graduate in three years and pursue graduate school. During her three years at NGU, Kacey ran cross country and track and tutored a variety of math and science classes. Bringing her experience in Python coding, Kacey is currently leading the natural language processing project, exploring different linguistic cues of deception.
