Member companies form an Industrial Advisory Board to direct the research; faculty provide methods, industry provides input and recommends catalyst compositions and reactions

Member/IP Agreement and Cost
Industrial memberships are $60,000/year ($30,000/year for associate memberships for small companies) starting in Phase III:
- CeRCaS Membership Agreement
- Preferred, royalty-free licensing of inventions
- The option to spin off proprietary catalyst development projects with full IP rights
