Bio

Thossaporn Onsree holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He is a post-doctoral fellow in the College of Engineering and Computing, University of South Carolina, USA. He is working on applying machine learning and artificial intelligence in combination with high-throughput experimentation to accelerate the discovery of novel catalysts for methylcyclohexane dehydrogenation. He is also interested in catalytic biomass pyrolysis to biochemicals and biofuels using zeolite catalysts. He has published more than 30 research articles in peer-reviewed international journals with 14 h-index as of 02-02-2024. In his “off” time, he likes to read, hike, or just be outdoors in the sunshine and spend time with his family and friends. He is always ambitious in personal and professional development.
