Workshop 1: Intro to Design Thinking

This workshop introduces human-centered design and the structured design thinking process, including empathy, user interviews, defining the right problem, translating needs into requirements, ideation, and early prototyping. It teaches participants to validate assumptions before heavily investing in development. This is beneficial because organizations prioritize professionals who can think beyond technical execution and understand users, stakeholders, and real-world constraints. Workshop 2: Design Thinking Bootcamp
