Noble Anumbe, PhD. is a Mechanical Engineer, PMP®, and innovation-focused Program Manager with expertise in engineering, smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and technical project delivery. With extensive experience leading research and industry collaboration initiatives, he specializes in translating complex technical concepts into structured, executable project strategies.

 

Noble has designed and commissioned advanced experimental systems, led cross-functional Agile and hybrid project teams, and guided digital transformation efforts across manufacturing and engineering adjacent environments. His background spans industry, academia, and intellectual property, giving him a systems-level understanding of both technical depth and business value. Professionally, he serves as the Director for Programs at the Center for Industry Solutions, where he leads applied engineering initiatives in smart manufacturing and emerging technologies. He works closely with industry partners on technology solutions,  while simultaneously training and mentoring young professionals and student fellows in structured project execution and strategic thinking.
