Sergio Elizalde, a Ph.D. student and member of the Cyberinfrastructure Laboratory, was honored at IEEE BlackSeaCom 2026 with Best Paper Award for research that detects hidden cyber threats inside encrypted network traffic — in real time and directly on the network card.
