Overview

Please join us for this workshop on Wednesday March 22, 2023 - 2:00-5:00 PM to learn more tools and techniques for data movement, high-performance networks, and cybersecurity. Learn about science demilitarized zones (Science DMZs) and how to partner with researchers, instructors, and students.
 

Goals

The goals of the workshop are to help IT staff, managers, researchers, and students build upon their existing knowledge of networking "cyberinfrastructure" and cybersecurity approaches that enable data movement for the purposes of research and data-oriented education activities. The research and instruction efforts that are taking place in our institutions rely on network enhancements and with the enhancements the need for performance and monitoring tools.

 

Intended Audience

The audience of this workshop includes IT staff and managers, as well as researchers and students interested in high-performance networks.

 

Pre-requisites

Training activities will be conducted using a virtual platform. Attendees will be provided access to the platform. Attendees must bring their own laptop.
